Shipping policy

Amati E La Candela currently ships to USA only. We offer flat shipping on all orders in the US, and packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS to minimize shipping time and cost. 

SHIPPING FEE

US: Economy and Standard based on weight (free shipping on orders over $99)

Shipping rates and details about free shipping thresholds are shown during checkout. 

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout, and you can select a faster shipping option if you're in a rush to receive your order. 

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically 2-3 but up to 5 business days depending on the shipping method and location. 

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. 

IMPORTANT REMINDER

• Avoid using PO boxes or hotel (temporary) addresses as your shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delivery changes, such as "Deliver on Another Day" or "Deliver to Another Address." Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is beyond our control. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the carrier directly. Regrettably, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICE

Using a parcel forwarding service's address to ship to your country is at your own risk.
If there are any missing or damaged products or packages during shipment, please contact your forwarding company directly.
Keep in mind that every country has its own laws and regulations, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and you will be responsible for these additional costs if they occur.
Customers are responsible for following up with the postal carrier for any additional information or charges.
